Refund Policy
The original, legible, cash register receipt must be presented and the merchandise must be in saleable condition for all refunds or exchanges.
Refunds for purchases made by check are subject to a minimum waiting period of 15 days. All refunds will be credited to original form of payment.
Exchanges may be made on products that are in saleable condition within 30 days of the original sale date.
Defective merchandise will be replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is still in stock. After 30 days, defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer.
Spring 2012 Textbook Refunds are allowed with the receipt and books in the same condition as purchased through 1/30/12. No returns will be allowed after that date.
Summer Textbook Refunds are allowed with receipt and books in the same condition as purchase through last day to Add/Drop without penalty of the semester the books were purchased for. Returns will be allowed after thatdate with receipt dated and books in the same condition within 5 days of perchase through April 8th. There will be no refunds for Summer books after April 8th.
General Merchandise (with the exception of Clearance) may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt. All sales are final for On Sale merchandise.
Computers, software, calculators, electronic products, DVD's, CD's, video tape or other recorded media may be returned with original receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase if packaging is unopened, intact and in new condition.
Non-Returnable
Cliff's Notes, test study guides, custom published material, special order and sale books.
Books displaying signs of wear.
Merchandise that has been worn, cut, altered or laundered.
Special occasion greeting cards and/or products after the event has passed.
Consumable items or health and beauty aids where packaging displays signs of being tampered with or having been opened.
Clearance items, magazines and photographic film.
We honor other college bookstore coupons if we stock the item. We reserve the right to deny use.

Beak 'Em Bucks (accepted in-store only, not available for online purchases)
Cash, Personal Checks or KU Card Bank Stripe. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on our site.
Checks accepted for the amount of purchase only.
Identification required for all check and charge purchases.
Two party checks are not accepted except for financial aid checks.
