All shipping to US Military locations outside the U.S. will be shipped via USPS for a flat fee of $12.35.

All shipping outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS for a flat fee of $50.00. Country availability subject to change by USPS. Will contact customer if any issues.

Textbook Orders are filled 1-2 weeks prior to the first day of class to ensure full selection of textbooks have arrived in store.

Textbook orders fulfilled on or before the first day of class must be picked up within the first 2 weeks of class.

Textbook orders placed after the first day of class must be picked up within two weeks of fulfillment. Orders not picked up in time will be returned to stock, minus a 20% restocking fee. Course Packs and other non-returnable items remain non-returnable and will not be refunded.

Shipping and delivery times EXCLUDE WEEKENDS and Holidays. KU Bookstore ships business days only.

2 Day Air and Overnight shipping DOES NOT apply to weekends. This does not guarantee delivery 2 Days from order placement. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on approximately Wednesday or Thursday.

In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm CDT, will ship same day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm CDT, will ship next business day.

During high volume times, before classes begin, the Holidays, and March Madness, we will do our best to get orders out in the order they are received, but ship times may be delayed.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
