Fall Semester Textbook Refund Policy

Fall 2024 Textbook sales are returnable in original condition with receipt until September 16th, 2024.

Purchases made after September 16th, 2024 are Final.

KUMC Student Account Billing

For KUMC Students that wish to use Student Account for their payment - for security reasons, your password is reset in our system every day, causing login issues for some students. First initiate a password reset using your KUMC email and try to login as a RETURNING CUSTOMER with your new password. If you are not able to login after reset, email jayhawks@ku.edu with your name, email, and list of books. If applicable, specify publisher (Vitalsource or Redshelf) and access length (90 day, 180 day, Lifetime). Once we create your order, we will email for verification. To use your Student Account, you must be enrolled in the current semester and have no holds on your Tuition Bill.
