Honor Cords & Stoles

Honor Cords:

Students: Please contact your school or department regarding receiving honor cords.

The KU Bookstore does not have access to student records and does not sell cords directly to students. Honor cords are only available to be purchased by schools, departments, and groups.

Schools, Departments, or Groups:

Per Universtiy requirements, Honors is designated as the top 10% of the graduating class. The awarding of Honor Cords must have an academic honors component. They are not to be awarded purely for participation in a group. If you are a school, department or group that needs to order honor cords, and your use meets these requirements, please contact Trish Jess at trishj@ku.edu. Please allow 3-5 weeks for honor cord delivery.
